                                     Bishop Alfie S. Lewis, Pastor

Bishop Alfie S. Lewis is a native of Washington, DC. He is the proud husband of Reverend Lady Uchenna Lewis and father of daughters, Angelica, Clarissa, Jaida, Crystal, Elaine, and Legacy. Bishop Lewis honorably served eight years in the US Army and received several awards. Among them is the Humanitarian Ribbon for fighting wild fires in Montana and the American Legion Award while on tour overseas in Korea. He has been featured in Time Magazine and was on the cover of the Military publication known as MWR which is distributed worldwide. He is also an author with his premiere piece titled “The Process of the Clay”. He is a member of the International Evangelism College Of Bishops and was Consecrated to the Office of Bishop on June 2019.

           Bishop Lewis is intentional on leaving a godly and goodly mark not only within the church but in the marketplace too. Currently, he is the Founder and President of A. S. Lewis Ministries and Founder/ Pastor of Restoration Bible Church International. The first service was held on December 31, 2006. Restoration Bible Church International is “A Church Seeking the Restoration, Reconciliation and Redemption of Lost Souls unto God.” Through the preached word, souls are saved, and lives are changed while facilitating deliverance and healing. Restoration Bible Church International now has locations in District Heights, MD, USA (2006), Ghana, Africa (2016), Multan City, Pakistan (2016) & Nairobi, Kenya (2017). He is the Presiding Prelate of Restoration International Fellowship of Churches (2016).  Bishop Lewis is an avid learner. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies at Lancaster Bible College, May 2016. He also was conferred a master’s degree in Pastoral Studies from Capitol Seminary and Graduate School, August 2020.

          As led by the Lord, he served as Pastor of the Camp Red Cloud Church of God in Christ (2001-2002) in which he received one of the highest honors recognized by various faiths in the community, the “United in Memory”. This award contains embroidery of the original stain glass from the site of the Pentagon during 911. He has served on the CTOF Council as one of the board members in Korea and as Assistant Administrator to the Bishop of the Republic of Korea Churches of God in Christ. After returning to the states, Bishop Lewis became a member at Harvest Assembly Church and served as the Minister of Music under Pastor Johnnie L. Abram. In addition, I also served as Second Vice President of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Alexandria, Virginia and Vicinity, 2006. He also served as Pastor of Thankful Baptist Church (2006). While there the congregation grew from 20 people to 100 in nine months. Within a nine-month period the Church was renovated, and necessary repairs done 2005-2006.

           It is Bishop Lewis’s desire to continue to diligently serve God and bring lost souls into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Through the direction of the Holy Spirit and the teaching of God's word, he desires to see those saved through the ministry prosper spiritually and become astute disciples of Jesus Christ.
